Unleash your creativity by hosting a private pop-up candle bar, where you and your guests design a one-of-a-kind luxe candle from a curated library of 20+ premium fragrances. From warm and woody to fresh and floral or sweet and spicy, each guest creates a scent that feels uniquely their own.

We take custom to a whole new level by working closely with you to create a seamless, memorable event from start to finish.
Our Planning Process Includes:
1. Securing Your Date & Location
We coordinate logistics to ensure your candle bar fits beautifully within your space and schedule.
2. Selecting Your Vessel & Theme
Choose from elevated vessel styles and design elements that align with your event aesthetic.
3. Designing the Experience
With our creative and marketing background, we help plan the details so your event feels intentional, polished, and stress-free—no corners cut.
Event Day
Guests are guided through a relaxed, hands-on candle-making process that takes approximately 30–45 minutes. After pouring, candles require 1–2 hours to set before they’re ready to take home.

Booking Policy
A non-refundable $100 supply deposit is required to reserve your date and secure materials.
Cancellation Policy
Because each event is thoughtfully planned and customized in advance, we are unable to offer refunds. We take cancellations and no-shows seriously and kindly ask that you communicate with us as soon as possible if any changes arise that may require rescheduling. In the event of a cancellation, a fee equal to 50% of the total event cost will be required.
